This 6-week journey is designed to help you explore the world of microdosing in a safe, grounded, and supportive way, whether you’re completely new to it or looking to deepen your practice.​​

WHAT MICRODOSING IS AND ISN'T

Microdosing isn’t a shortcut to instant change or a “magic pill” — it’s a gentle, intentional practice that supports awareness, emotional regulation, creativity, and self-connection. The most meaningful shifts you’ll experience don’t come from the dose itself, but from how you tend to your experience with presence, curiosity, and integration.

Often, the answer isn’t found by overthinking — it’s felt.

This program is rooted in care, discernment, and respect for the nervous system. Rather than encouraging force or performance, the emphasis is on listening, pacing, and building a relationship with your inner landscape.

 

Microdosing is explored as an intentional practice, supported by embodiment tools, reflection, and integration — so that insights can be felt, understood, and lived, not just noticed.

This is not about dosage instruction or pushing for outcomes, but about cultivating awareness, responsibility, and self-trust through a mindful, harm-reduction-informed lens.

OUR 6-WEEK FOCUS, EXPLORING:

Each week we will be exploring a different aspect of microdosing, with a focus on the benefits to mind, body, and emotional health.

Week 1 — Intention & Safe Foundation

We begin by slowing down, setting intention, and learning how to listen — not to control the experience, but to enter into relationship with it.


Week 2 — Benefits, Risks & Nervous System Awareness

Clarity brings safety: understanding both the potential and the limits of microdosing allows us to engage with discernment, respect, and self-responsibility.


Week 3 — Ritual, Preparation & Integration

How we meet the experience shapes what it becomes — preparation, ritual, and integration are where transformation actually takes root.


Week 4 — Inner Landscape & Respect for the Medicine

Presence is the bridge between medicine and message — learning to listen, surrender, and trust the non-linear unfolding of the process.


Week 5 — Expression, Creativity & Flow

When the system feels safe enough, something deeper speaks — creativity and intuition emerge as expressions of inner truth, not performance.


Week 6 — Integration & Living What You’ve Learned

The medicine doesn’t end — it lives on through embodied insight, conscious choice, and the way you now relate to yourself and life.

Q: Do I need any prior experience with microdosing?
A: No prior experience is required. This program supports beginners as well as those who want more structure, intention, and reflection around their practice. 

​

Q: Is microdosing legal?
A: This program provides education and tools for intentional practice. I do not provide or encourage purchasing substances. Legal status varies by country — please check your local laws and practice responsibly. 

​

Q: What do people often gain from this experience?
A: Many participants report increased self-awareness, emotional regulation, creativity, and integration into daily life — though individual experiences vary.

​

Q. What support is there between calls?

A. Each participant receives a 1:1 call with me prior to the start of the program to discuss intentions and any questions you have about the program. You will also be part of a supportive, private and secure 'Signal' group for sharing insights, asking questions, and feeling held throughout your journey. 

​

Q. What if I miss a session?

A. All calls are roughly 1 hour long, held on each Friday at 10:30am. All calls are recorded in case you cannot attend for some reason.
