Embody the vitality of the season with a sacred journey of Cacao, Breathwork, Movement and Sound Healing​

Wild Rising is a 3-hour immersive journey designed to gently unravel tension, renew your inner vitality and awaken a deeper connection to yourself.

 

You are warmly invited to honour the expansive energy of spring as we weave together sacred rituals and practices of cacao, movement, breathwork and sound.

​

Held in a nurturing space, this experience weaves together sacred practices that guide you into deeper connection with yourself and the natural rhythm of the season.

​

Throughout the session, we will move between softness and strength, stillness and expression, grounding and expansion—mirroring the awakening energy of spring.

This is your invitation to rise—wild, untamed, and fully alive.
