As the year deepens into November, nature reminds us of the power of surrender.

The trees release what no longer serves them, the earth quiets, and the shadows lengthen. It is in this darkness where we can find transformation - digging deep to reveal the true light within us.

I warmly invite you to join our cacao ceremony, with this months theme guided around surrender, shadow, and light. Together we'll explore what it means to turn inward with courage, to face the places we have hidden from ourselves, and to let go of what no longer needs to be carried.

Through cacao, movement, breath, tarot and sharing, we'll enter into a process of shedding and renewal — leaning in to the process of death and rebirth so that our truest light can emerge more fully.
