Ceremonial Cacao - We begin by opening our hearts with a sacred cacao ritual, inviting clarity, intention, and presence as we attune to the energy of the sun.
Breathwork ActivationWith guided breath, we energise the body and calm the mind—releasing stagnation and inviting in a deeper sense of vitality and clarity.
Solstice Movement FlowMoving into a guided dance experience, we flow through intuitive movement and rhythmic expression—tuning into our inner rhythm and letting the light move through us.
