An afternoon to step away from the noise and return to yourself.

This carefully curated 3-hour immersion is designed to gently guide you from doing into being — beginning with a grounding cacao ritual to open the heart and set intention, flowing into nourishing yoga to soften and awaken the body. From there, you’ll be led through a breathwork journey to release what’s been held and create space within, before surrendering into an immersive sound bath for deep rest and integration.

Herbal infusion teas and handcrafted nourishing treats will be offered at the end with an opportunity for a tarot card pull.

This is a space to pause, reset, and reconnect — held with intention, presence, and community.
